I felt that the collection needed a spacious bag which could be worn with two straps over one shoulder, and Tolomei – the largest bag in the range – grew out of this brief.
This is a bag designed to be used day in, day out, and there’s space inside for more much than just a few essential items. Access to the contents is easy as there is no flap, but the closure strap with its magnetic stud pinches the front and back together to provide security. The bag sits nicely on the hip, and, for greater comfort, the double shoulder strap distributes the weight of whatever you put inside.
Tolomei is an unashamed romp through the motifs of the Arts & Crafts Movement, resulting in a unique and highly distinctive design which treads the line between folksy and elegant.
